2009 MEN'S JUCO TOP 120 ELITE RETURNS TO TULSA

Men’s basketball players will get a chance to display their talents this summer at the Top 120 JUCO Showcases at Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, OK on July 10-11, 2009.

The top JC basketball prospects are welcome by invitation only. Hundreds of college coaches come to see the best JUCO talent from around the country. Former coach Jerry Mullen hosts the men’s event with College Coaches Network. College Coaches Network will also sponsor a similar women’s event that same weekend at the University of Tulsa.

Jerry states that he is getting phone calls from coaches around the country requesting that their player(s) attend this event. Junior College athletes are hungry to seek exposure from four-year colleges and universities.

For 24 years, Jerry has run Mullen’s Sports, which is the most credible and reliable JC scouting service in the country. The Mullen/College Coaches Network Men’s Top 120 camp is in its third year and attracts between 300-400 coaches to Oral Roberts U in Tulsa, OK. The physical size of the participants this year is amazing with 40 players in the height range of 6’7” to 7’1”. Heading the first 100 selections are:

• 1st Team All-America, Renaldo Parker, North Idaho College
• 2nd Team All-America, Marquise Carter, Three Rivers Com College

The event offers an opportunity for college coaches to pre-pay thus avoiding the registration lines. Jerry states, “It should be a recruiting bonanza for the 4 year college coaches.”
