Football Honors: Was named 2nd team All-District quarterback for district 15-5A behind the nation's #1 prospect for quarterback , and viewed as one of the surprises of the year. In the previous summer's 7-on-7 tournament, led Langham to a 4th place finish overall in the State tournament, falling short in the consolation finals. Named one of "New Starting Varsity Players to Watch" by the Houston Chronicle for 2008 season. Selected by team members to be team captain as a Junior. Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society. Elected president of National Honory Society for 2009-10 school year. Named for 5ATexasfootball.com as the pre-season district 15-5A offensive MVP. Featured in the Houston Chronicle as one of the highest potential QB's for the 2009 season.

Bio: Started as varsity quarterback and chosen team captain by his team mates as a Junior this past (2008) season. Led the Houston area 9 out of 10 weeks in passing yards with 2415 averaging 262 yards per game in 9 regular season games. Completed 21 touchdown passes and rushed for 3 touchdowns. Led Langham Creek to the playoffs for the first time since 2002. Coached by former UCLA QB, Rob Walker (91-95) in a program where the last 3 quarterbacks from Langham Creek have all gone on to Division I schools to play football. Attended camps in OKlahoma (OU), Texas (UT, A&M QB Elite ) and selected to attend the QBU Air 7 2 years running. Also invited to and participated in the Elite 11 camp in Ft. Worth April 4th, 2009. 5/16/09 Qualified for State 7 on 7 tournament by winning the Cy Falls SQT. Langham went undefeated (5-0).
